The primary focus of the Erasmus+ training I attended in Budapest was the integration of AI in the classroom with critical thinking. The course has significantly expanded my pedagogical repertoire, providing accessible tools and strategies to implement in my lesson plans, assessments and class activities. The training has also helped me gain a better understanding of how to use AI for differentiation in the classroom.
The hands on course, introduced me to interactive AI tools such as Padlet, Gamma, Suno and Synthesia. These tools generate songs, video and power points and facilitate lesson planning given the right prompts. They are also great at creating assessments, rubrics and answer keys.
AI tools like Magic School are the ones I enjoyed the most as I can integrate them perfectly with the subjects that I teach. This course has also made me more aware of how essential it is for teachers to use AI. As those who don’t risk of being replaced by teachers who can.
I am very grateful
